What is your customization process?
First, please let us know your specific requirements. After evaluation, we will send you price, lead time, and other information. If you have no objections, please pay the customization fee (if applicable). We will then begin producing samples to confirm. If there are any issues, we will make adjustments; if everything is fine, we will proceed with mass production.
What's the normal lead time?
Normally, it’s 3-7 days for standard products, and 15-30 days for customized products.
Can you ship the goods directly to my freight forwarder in China?
Yes, if you’d like us to do that, please provide us with the contact details of your freight forwarder, and we will ship the goods to them.
